Currently the Co-Presidents share responsibility for team travel arrangements, fundraising, cook-outs, parent meeting organization, community food and money donations, team apparel design and sales, varsity and JV team meals, summer practice drinks, travel drinks and communication with coaches. 

1^st Vice-President: Brian Conner  –  In charge of facilities and field maintenance.

2^nd Vice-President: Debbie Webb–  In charge of concessions.

3^rd Vice-President: Leigh Anne Conner –  In charge of reserved seating and parking sales and volunteers for game day reserved parking pass monitoring.

Secretary - Ann Russell – Responsible for taking and distributing minutes during board meetings.

Treasurer - Dale Russell - Responsible for tracking and reporting all financial information for club. This includes making deposits, writing checks and maintaining balanced accounts.

Bingo Coordinator: Sherry Harless – Responsible for Bingo Fundraising and Scheduling.
